Make the Sim get in the shower then use the move_objects on cheat and move the shower while the sim was in it! :-}

put them in shower.

Or if you want them to walk around n a k e d then activate the move_objects on cheat while they're in the shower and delete the shower.

You can also get the nude patch. Go to google.com and type in +the sims nude patch. It takes away the blur whenever the Sim goes in the shower/hot tub/bath/heart bed.

Oh, and when they're walking around naked, don't let them take a shower/bath/go in the pool/hot tub! They will put their clothes right back on!

You can either buy a shower or the vibrating heart bed.
(The heart bed also works for two sims to have a kid.)
Get your sim in the heart bed or shower. Then take away the heart bed or shower.
But why do you want to see nude sims anyway?
I saw them, and they never had their regular parts drawn on.
