need help finding the missing chain

In the level The Gathering of the Clouds (or level 10) were is the missing chain for the Treasury room???

Ride the lifts to where you get off and get one of the throne keys (NOT the one in the water room). After you get it, keep going until you get to the floor that has the chain.
