Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Jauffre is nowhere to be found. Before I initially went to the weynon priory to talk to his about the amulet of kings I did a whole lot of side quests including the dark brotherhood. I thought perhaps thats why I couldnt find him so I visited shrines to get rid of my sins. Didnt work, everyone at the priory says that hes around somewhere praying or in the library but he isnt.

If you got something from coc testinghall like bands of chosen or another amulet of kings you will have to start again
