Daedric Shrine glitch

Ok so I have a character that I have done everything in the game in:Beaten every quest,found every location, etc.

The final thing I tried to do was complete all Daedric Shrine Quests. I've done them all but two, Molag Bol's and Sanquine's. I can't remember which one, but whenever I complete the quest, all my Active Magic and Enchantments on my character disappear, even racial ones.

It must be the Sanguine one, it does that purposefully. When you have beaten the quest you get everything back, but not until then.
