Is this one in anyway alike to the PS3 version? What's the difference?

Roughly, it's exactly the same game (gameplay, story, plot, etc) but the graphics may change according to the quality of your computer graphics card.

Also, the expansion pack "The Elder Scrolls IV: Knights of the Nine" already comes with the PS3 version, and as for PC, you have to buy it separately.

There is really no difference. I have it for the Xbox360 and the graphics are just lifelike, and it is most likely the same on the computer. So there is really no difference.

The real difference is that you can pull up the Console in the PC version and cheat! =)
