I Need a Good House!!

See I'm new to Oblivion and I really want to buy another house.
My friend got me one in Leowin, But I want a bigger one! Lol I either wanted the one in Anvil, Bravil, or Skingrad. Could someone please please please! Tell me how I can get a house in these locations? I thought you had to go to the castles but they never mention a house! Am I missing something? THANKS!

Bearus manor or something in anvil is pretty big and skingrad (25000 septims) but manor is in anvil talk to a guy in Count's Arms and he will give you it for 5000 and then sleep in the bed at the top of the manor. Then ghosts will appear run out if you cannot kill them or press ~ then and type tgm (god mode). Run out and head to the Imperial City and find him at an inn at Elven District if you cannot find him ask around Imperial city. Then he will meet you at Count's Arms again. Make sure his disposition is at least 80. Then meet him at Count's Arms again. He will take you to the manor again. And head down to the cellar and make sure you have the hand and note from the crash that happened in the manor when you speak to him at Imperial city. Run to the cellar go to the wall with the inscriptions on it and wait till he opens it. Then go in and fight his undead uncle. He is pretty hard and summons undead Gaurdians, but if you have potions or invis you can take him out pretty easily. Then go out the manor the ghosts will be gone and you may go to Count's Arms again and talk to him. He will have fixed the place when you come out of the cellar because he ran away when he opens the door. Thank you may be long but a good house if you cannot find a cheap one. Skingrad is 25000 Gold.

The anvil house is good, but you have to clear out ghost, but it is worth it
