where is umbra?

where is umbra?
All my buddys are tellin me to go kill a chick named umbra to get best sword and some sick armor. I've asked othere people and they gave crap instructions, where is she? Don't just say a camp south of imperial city, whats the name of it?

Umbra is in the alyied ruin directly south west of the waterfront district in the imperial city. Sorry I can't remember the name exactly...fast travel to the waterfront then turn around and go up the stairs and continue straight. Across the water is a very same ruin with leveled enemys outside. Nothing to worry about though. Enter and travel through this one way path with a few traps and enemys to find umbra. She is too strong for any one under level 10 at least.

Umbra is in the Alyied ruin called Vindasel, not a camp. Somewhere south of the Imperial city. The ruins are straightforward to her. She's pretty carzy and very strong. But I killed her at level one, so you shouldn't have a problem either way. It's best to long range her still. She should have a full set of Ebony armor. I've also heard of her having a full set of Glass armor.

Ive just killed her at Lv 1 so it can be done, just use magic as weapons are not effective, make sure you have about ten healing and sorcery potions on you and way to go.

You need to watch out though,
There is a quest to kill her but if you do so on some games you will freeze if you complete the quest. If you go kill her and don't finish the quest you can keep the armor and the sword. There are guides how to kill her. The best way is to jump on the pillar and just shot her full of arrows.
Also there is a glass helmet you can get from lvl 1. It is called the Fin glem or something look for it on the internet for a guide and a map!

yo guys i got a decent sword armour and shield then turn the diffuctly down to the lowest(optinal) then kill her or get her to chase you out of the tomb and swin across to the imperial city docks the guards will kill her then loot her body she has full embony armourKingvuk answered:
You also don't have to be a high level to kill her!!
I'm a lvl 4 and have become the Arch Mage/ Listener/ and Arena Champion so
Even though I have a low lvl character you can increase all you skills be4 you level up.

Thats how i leveled up and i couldn't get past level 34. If you level up like that there are consequences. Since there aren't anymore quests, not as much experience to gain, therefore you get stuck at a lower level.jakrules answered:
From the imperial city waterfront district head south until you reach a place called OLD BRIDGE. From there you will head west along the road until you reach a place called Vindasel. Go inside and head the furthest into the place and find her. This is part of a daedric shrine quest that makes your retrieve it and exchange it for some mask. If I was you I would keep it, being the strongest sword in the game. Also be sure to take some potions if you're a low level because she is pretty strong.

Once you get to Vindesel, open up the optionsand go to gameplay and set the difficulty all the way low... This is for low level characters needing strong armor and a sick-ass sword...

You can be any level, even wearing iron armor... Once you get to Vindesel(southwest of Imperial City Waterfront) set the difficulty all the way low, located in the game options by pressing start, and whoop her ass... I would recommend this to low level characters who want to go the easy way... And to get a sick-ass sword and ebony armor

Well first off. Yes you can kill umbra at lvl 1.
Go to the staff merchant in the Imperial city market place. The staff's name does change from time to time and what plat form you use. The staff does 10 fire dmg, 10 lightning dmg, 10 ice dmg.
You walk into umbra shrine, walk right up to her and hit her like 5 times in a row as fast as the staff will hit her and she will be dead in like 5 hits. Poof best armour and best weapon in the game in like 20 min. At lvl 1. Then go get the assasin's guild and get the quest for the blade of woe. The blade you get in that quest in the fastist blade in the game
