How do I get the "All in one" Achievement reward? I have bought all of the upgrades from the upgrade shop for all of the stores. I have also tried to buy all of the upgrades at the end of the level. Even though all of the upgrades were purchased at the 2nd store at the 15th level I still did not get the Achievement Award.
