Put a guard post,courthouse,and torture machines like stocks near the granary

Build the torturers guild and a couple of guard posts near your granary and build the thing with the scales on it and build a humiliation mask or a burning stick or a spinning wheel so it will re ablation it also works for the sign in the shape of the gallows so it will work again

Get some guard posts and a courthouse if you want to gain honor you get a gibbet,tortue wheel,stocks,streaching rack,chopping block,gallows,burning post,flooging post,humiliation mask,branding chair. These tortues are to turn criminals into pesants.
