Basically you hit it with every weapon you got from distance, then go in use Drain + lightning, and haqck it to pieces with you strong attack type.

If you haven't learnt strong type, using Dark Rage and then slicing it to bits, should kill it.

Also, throw you lightsaber from range to weaken it. BIG HINT: if you kill the rancor, don't go to de middle of de maze, cos there is a new super strong respawned one waiting for you!
