HELP!!! dont know how to enabel cheats!

Well...
For 4 years I have been looking how to enabel cheats.
Not how to bring up cheat menu but to enabel cheats on mp.
People tell me to tiyp devmap mp/ffa3 or some thing like that but it dosent work I got a lot of good cheats but I can't yous em.
I fell so stuped!
Will some 1 help I don't wont to wait a nover 1000 years!!!

Type devmapall at the main menu along with one of the major maps(hoth2, yavin2, vjun3, ect.) then you can load your saved games and use the cheats there a well.
