How do you release lando on the level where you go to find reelo?

You do that by switching a handle in the chamber where relo escape from you...
But I guess you're not there since you ask that question. yeah, reloo's hideout is quite chaotic in the beginning....but I'm not gonne discribe the whole lvl here, so just describe your current position and situation and I might help you further :)
