Can't play game.

When I turn the game on it comes up to the profile screen and I can log into that profile but then when I try to play a game it just shuts off. I have tried to uninstall it but that does nothing. Can someone tell me what to do please.

I am having the exact same problem. What I was told from a guy at best buy was that I needed to update the game by going online. You can do this by going into the game and before you play it, look in the extra place and find update. I have tried updating but I am still having problems. But hopefully you can get yours to work.

This worked for me:

1) Right click the speaker icon in the task tray
2) Click on Recording Devices
3) Right click the blank space and select SHOW DISABLED DEVICES and SHOW DISCONNECTED DEVICES
4) Right click STEREO MIX and select ENABLE
5) Play Battlefront
