Ok, so I've seen creations that were not symetrical and the people who made them said they used an asymmetry cheat (this was befor the new patch) Does anyone what the cheat is? I know it's real.

Don't bother with the cheat. Just download the patch. Hold "A" to activate the asymmetry function.
I used to know what it was, everyone says to do this complicated thing where you put the arms on the arms??? I found that it was something like comand-a or comand-s? Not sure anymore haven't played spore in like 8 months.
