On the bank robbery, I am stuck.
There is a door that says "Authorized personel only" on the main floor.
I think this is the room that I need to get into, so I can unlock the upstairs doors. If I try to open it, I here Spidey say "I need to talk to a security guard to get a keycard for this door"
Well, I've only found one security guard, he's surrounded by bad guys who looks like they are forcing him to open a safe. I beat up the bad guys. then the guard gives me a keycard for the security room... but that door that says "Authorized personel only" still does not open. I have no idea what to do now, I've cleaned out room I can get to but this door, the elevator, the door downstairs and the 4 doors on the second floor are all locked up.
If the game just screwing up? Feels that way, I even started over, came back, same result. Can't get into that room.

After the first guard go upstairs and a door that was closed should be open. If not listen to what the objectives say and go where the arrow says.
There is more than one guard to rescue. Each one will help you.
There are two guards. The stairs that you see in the lobby will lead you to the second guard. Once you are on 2 floor follow, arrow and you will reach the second guard. Get key card from him, go back to main floor and open the door you are talking about.
You need to set your controls to default, then try to open the door after you have been given the keycard by the security guy.
