Question for Sleeping Dogs

I can't complete the club bam bam mission it's too hard for me to beat so many people's there are 3 lairs of Benny's backup I can easily defeat the 1st 2 lairs but the problem is the 3rd lair because of armed thug and brawlers I did defeat the 3rd lair once but then there's another lair of thugs when has gone to bathroom there's a lair of thugs as well they're just normal thugs I could defeat them easily if my health is half but because of the 3rd lair of Benny's backup I'm not able to go there with half or more than half health can anyone give me some tips to complete the club bam bam mission?
