Error: Server unreachable

Whenever I try to decrypt rv1.hacker.atm, I get

Error: Server unreachable: [rv1.hacker.atm]. What am I doing wrong?

The server name is rvl.hacker.atm but looks like rv1.hacker.atm in-game, decrypt rvl.hacker.atm works. You are typing '1' in the server name instead of 'L'.
