To make leather gloves and boots you get cowhide take it to the tanner in the desert. Get him to make it soft leather wich cost 1-3 gp each cow hide (i forgot the exact price) the get a needle and thred. Use the needle with the soft leather and a little screen will pop up asking you what you want to make.

For making the runes you mine rune ess then you get a talismin and right click on it and it should say locate click that and it should tell you what direction you have to go to make a certian type of rune. To see the lvl you need to be to make runes click the bottom left thing in your stats.

For making boots you need cow hides, thread and a needle, go to the tanner in al kharid who is north of the furnace, let him tan your cow hides, this will cost a small amount of money, then use the needle on the leather and you can choose the item you want to be made.

For runes, you can go to aubury, the mage seller, in varrock who is south of the varrock east bank. Take a pickaxe with you and choose teleport, then mine your rune essence.
