Slayer is a very hard skill to raise for a low level member. Just talk to a slayer master and get a task. If you don't have a combat level high enough for that master, he will tell you where to go. It depends on what you are killing. You also need supplies for this but if you click the skill, it will tell you what to use on each monster.

Hunter you need supplies to level up. Get a bird snare, and a box, some wood, an axe, and a knife, and a stick....I don't remember the name of it, you have to buy it from a hunter store or the Grand Exchange. Go to anyplace that has a hunter sign on the map but try starting in the Jungle below the Tree Gnome Village....the one with the maze.

Hunter is very easy to raise up....but Slayer is very hard and you get very little Exp. Points from the assignment you are doing.
