How can I see what level am I in runescape?

Go to the tab with the two sword criss-crossing and in their it should say combat lvl thats what lvl other people see you as.

there still isnt my lv and other people can only see skill level

Press F1 (which will show "Combat Option" tab), it will show your Weapon, "Combat Level", and your attack type.
that "Combat Level" is actually your level
