add_population Narbo_Martius 9999

That works for me at least

Use the speech marks key around "Narbo Matius" like that

To Use the cheat add_population, you must use an underline(_) between the 2 words, like yours for example, Narbor_Martius...so it practically becomes add_population Narbor_Martius 5000..bythe way,the max population you can add per time is just a maximum of 5000,for money is just 40000.if you don't use 2 words for the following settlement,you might as well use them like this...add_population Carthage 5000..(I got carthage from winning using the roman julli to defeat the Gauls)and the settlements name must be capital letters..(only for the first letter of both words)but if you are stressed out by waiting for the buildings to finish,you might as well use process_cq,for example...: process_cq Carthage, process_cq Arretium and others.Thats all the most usefull things to win rome if your stressed out with it..)
