No, sadly, there aren't any cheats that can help you defeat the scenario in a snap. However, an easy way to defeating a scenario is making sure that you have lots of Thrill rides to keep your guests entertained... And, also, a pretty balanced scale of rides consisting of Intense and gentle attractions so that there's something for everybody. This will get more guests into your park, and, it will also get you more money...
The thing is, the more money you have, the easier it is to accomplish a scenario. And, also, advertising and commercializing your park helps as well.
