Well in any map all you need to do is to click on the gate of the park and select the "buy land" icon and look around the edges of the park and there should be some signs on the ground. Click on them to buy them... Et viola, you have a bigger park!

I don't think you can buy additional land in this park, You might be able to buy the rights to the land or something, but other then that I don't think you can (Buying the rights is different, you can only build off the ground or below it not directly on it.) Some of them are either big enough already, or have an easy quest, so that additional land isn't necessary.
