You can't. You need BC to buy BC items no matter what, and if it's not for sale, then it's, well, not for sale.

I really know how to get Not for Sale stuff on Roblox
To add decals, shirts, and pants in your game that are not for sale, you copy the ID on the browser and subtract it by 1, 2, or 3.
For audio, copy the Id.
For models, I'm pretty sure you need a ID inserter model and make sure you check AllowThirdPartySales in Properties after you highlighted workspace

U can do inspect element then change the words false and disabled to true and enabled (that's how I got teapot turret)
