Where can you find the singularity bombs??

Iv looked everywhere and I can't find them...? Someone tell me where they are?

I've only seen them in the EDF bases. The Quantum Multiplier upgrade increases the stashes you find, so that makes me think you can only get them there. I've picked 'em up a few times & never unlocked them.

They are found in some edf bases and parkers house in the badlands. Though once you find them don't think the will be in you're equipment locker cause they Wont. The quantum multiplier helps make sure there are more than 3-4 bombs in one cache though
