To blast the SAM batteries in level2 first go to the barracks where you get C4 charges then defeat the guards best way to defeat those guards is to go to each tower you see on each corner then defeat the guards then go behind each SAM batteries and set the C4 charges after all C4 charges are set make your way to the helipad when you will get to the helipad all C4 charges will burst off and you will be taken by the helicopter.
