Put a man in the breakaway and put him in relay until 75km to go. Then put him in maintain position mode and put all your the people in the bunch on relay mode. The, when at the top it says 7500m until sprint, attack with your strongest rider. He should then fly away from the bunch, and should hold his lead in the sprint, gaining a few minutes.
