It's all about skill and patience, I've done it in the nik of time. I't's like playing ping-pong/golf/football, you just nudge the sheep towards your desired direction (harder the faster, but lacks accuracey). WATCH OUT sheep have a mind of their own so need constant guidance until they're all guided right into the back of the pen.
Too fast and your rushing ahead
Too slow and the sheep makes a getaway
Walk is good when they're beside you but trot to ram them (stop once you've made them moove so you can see where they go.
You only get 1 shot at this game once it's complete so it's ok to get it wrong as much as you want so you can play it again. (it'll make you better at dressage)
