Check by brushing over all the five sections (back legs, butt, belly, shoulder and front legs) (yes I know it's not great terminology) because they may not be QUITE clean although they look it... Thats what I found anyway.
Oh, I looked into this as I have the same problem. Is your PC Windows 7 or Windows 10? If so, (mine is Windows 7) the game is not compatible. However, apparently you right click on the game icon on your desktop, select properties, then run as windows xp. I'm just about to try it!
