My charcter is black and the building as well how can I get rid of it please helppp

i have that problem too but only when i get the garage redone whT ABOUT YOU, WHEN DID IT HAPPEN TO YOU AD WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH IT

The same thing happened to me too! I can`t remeber when it happened. Maybe it is a software fault or a glitch?

Yhea it sounds like somekind of glitch i had something similer everything was just black and seethrough and she kept sinking in the ground !

I no what it is,I have the same probblem the whole yard is black your person is black and the only normal thing is the horsebox roof,yerr its all of our graphic cards arnt good enough for the game.Its true

that happened to me to i dont thing there is anything we can do to fix it but it is prob just a glitch ;)

Hey 
I had the same problem, all I did was uninstall the game and then re-install it and tada it works now and I am getting really far in the game with no graphic problems good luck!! :D xx

So to get rid of the black buildings and characters I have to uninstall the game, install it and then start all over again???

As you have to reinstall the game you don't have to start all over again, you can take your save game files, copy them to your desktop and then copy them back in when you've reinstalled it.
Go to windows explorer, programme files, then the Ubisoft, then Lexus Numerique, then Pippa Funnell folders and then right click on the folder called 'Saves' then copy it and then paste it onto your desktop. Once you've reinstalled the game then paste it back.
