Could anyone please help - I have found the first student, the second student (Carroll) will not speak to me whatever I do (she only has an X next to her). Thanks

Once you have found aurelie and carroll, samuel is in the student centre but you have to get him to unlock the door...to do this phone the radio station up from one of the magazines hidden in the library. Samuel then tells you to get the password for an internet forum so that you can talk to miguel. The password is from the antiques guy.
