To find Kiew's room you have to go past that Wendy person and up the stairs. At the top of the stairs you must turn right and follow the path to the end then turn right and go through the door. Through the door there is the library on your right and you must turn left. You need 2 speak to the man who will ask you for a favour. Once the favour has been done you can access the room easily because the man will leave you in charge of making sure no one goes in there.
