Try downloading PetzA, and when you next go to your litterz use the "Make babies grow up" menu option. It should say "Sucsesfully set all babies ages to 100". Leave the nursery, then when you next click on the mother's Pick-A-Pet, it'll say that they're all old enough to come out on their own.
