I have a budgie who's health bar is all full but it won't leave! When will it's owner pick it up? Does the fact that it's cleanliness bar is half full have anything to do with it? And if so, how do I get it to be cleaner? I've swept every day over and over, but it won't let me fill the birdbath with water
