Cheats?

How do I put in cheats in the game?
Everybody says to open up the saved file and click the green bar.
I DONT HAVE THE GREEN BAR!!!!!!!
Isn't there any other way to put in codes when playing the game or when not playing the game? PLZ HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Start a new game. Before you do anything, as far as playing, click menu, save. It will save as day one.. Then go back to menu and quit the game. Open documents, open the folder THQ, click pet vet folder, then open saved folder. Open day_1 in notepad.. When you have that open, click CTRL F. This should open up your search page bar. Type in money if you wanna change money, and hit find next. This should bring you to the bottom of the page. Change how much money you have, or type in the code. Then go to file at the top bar of the document, hit save.. Close down and play the game. Usually 1000000 will cover anything and everything you could possibly want.

yes. you are just altering the coding for that save file. be sure to save after you alter the coding

I don't have a thq file. So I clicked on the pet vets file did that whole thing hit find buy it couldn't find the word money

You have to go to Documents>THQ>Pet Vet>save and then click your game file. Open it with NotePad, press Ctrl + F and type in "money". You should see "money:money:***". The *** will be whatever amount you have, but change that number to a high number. I don't know the money limit, so I put 99,999, but just type it out as 99999.

I don't have a THQ file or anything in the folder marked saves.

I tried to open it on my Laptop, I followed everything right and when I got to the part to open saved file it says it can't open it, doesn't recognize the file.
