Blood tests.

I don't think there are any more options for me to upgrade the practice but at some times when I examine the animals it tells me to perform more tests. The only other option I have is the ultrasound machine but I can never use it. I seen people talking about blood tests, my question is: How do I get to do blood tests? The option is never there whenever I treat animals.

I had the same problem too. But the solution is pretty simple. The practice extension is pretty expensive, it's about $2000. All you have to do is save up until you have $2000. Then, when you slide your mouse over the practice on the outside, it will say, "Extension costs 2000". Then click on the pratice and on your lower left side, a button labeled UPDATE will appear. Then from there you click on it, then $2000 will be subtracted from your total amount of money. The practice takes overnight to build.
