I have read all questions and answers to trying to get Ketchup on this darn hotdog. My problem is similar to all the above. I go into the hotel, and the drunk is at the bar and so are the bad guys...I leave and come back and the drunk is GONE...but the bad guys stays at the bar and there is a guy sitting on the right side at the table...I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game from big fish to NO AVAIL... I have saved chapter after chapter, but no way can I get to get ketchup on the hotdog, as the bad guy NEVER leaves the bar. And everything I click on it's says, "I can't go up the stairs, he will see me" and it automatically takes me back to the door...I'm so fed up...I want to continue on but I can't. Anymore sugggestions or otherwise I am going to see if I can get my money back from Big Fish.

To those that got it from BF.. I hope that you have an install file still.. I had it happen to me a few days ago... I fixed it by reinstalling(I really really hope that it came with an install file or they give you a free download of it since you downloaded it and that happened..) and.. When reinstalled, and you get to the hotel at daytime DO NOT GO IN THE HOTEL FIRST!! Go down the alley and then to the hotel, then reach for the escape and do the hot dog stuff..:D As to this problem( I actually read the post..) see if they have a different version, or something that doesn't constantly bug towards that point of the game. Definitely try getting the game for free from them if you can, explain the problem maybe they will. If not, then refund your money(and go to walmart and get it for 10 freakin bucks in one of the top racks)...
