How do I get ketchup as each time I enter hotel there is a guest at desk as well as bad guy in chair

You talked to the beggar, gave her the mustard hotdog, and got the plain dog? Go into the hotel, and look around on the counter for a tray... It will have Mustard and Ketchup on it. Go get the Ketchup, and leave.

I am having the same problem....extremely frustrating....bought this game from Big Fish..have sent them e-mail for help but still waiting to hear from them...anyone else bought this from Big Fish...could be a glitch in the game???

Yes, I bought mine from Big Fish and have the same problem. I will send them an email as well but please post when you get an answer.

My answer from Big Fish was telling me to combine the ketchup and the hot dog...apparently they didn't read the part about being unable to GET the ketchup. But, they offered to replace the game so contact them and maybe you'll get your money back. Jenny C on another post said she had the same problem as us and she is running the game off a CD. Sounds like they need a patch.

Today I talked with live support from Big Fish...They told me, they have encountered problems with this game,and that the majority of the people are not happy. They gave me a FREE coupon credit to apply towards another game....I wasted so much time on that game trying to get the ketchup..... It was very frustrating indeed, but I have to admit, that Big Fish, was wonderful to work with...Immediately they credited my account and now I'm going to try East Side Story...Wish me luck...
