Your question kind of confuses me, but if you mean where do you find the henchmen to add to your party for all the chapters, besides the first chapter, they should be in the place (building you start in) at the beginning of each chapter. And if not there, they should be in the place where Areibeth and that spy guy are (sorry, don't remember his name) .

There is one in the building with aribeth. There is one by the tree stump to the left as you walk out of this building. And there is about three in the pub almost straight I front of this building. The pub is called three blades or somethig.

If you do a complete search of every area you go to, you should be able to find all the parts. You can't sell them by accident either, as they will be worth 0gp. However, if you search for FAQs on the net you should be able to find one that lists all the locations.
