I want to go there too. The problem is if you put roads that are blocked and headed somewhere but you can't go there, people will want to go there a lot. Then people will complain so they will open the road if it's online, but the problem is it might be a small area. Need For Speed Most Wanted has the same problem. The Old Bridge is blocked off all the time except the final pursuit, which makes you want to go there a lot. Fortunately there is a glitch that will let you go there. Just check out Youtube. Same for NFS World- check out Youtube, and since they have everything, it is certain you will find a glitch to go there, but the road might just cut off - just like NFS Most Wanted and the canyons in NFS carbon!!! Hope this helps!!!
