I'M AT LEVEL 4 OR 5 (I DON'T REMEMBER) AND I OFTEN HEAR A VOICE MESSAGE TELLING ME TO GO TO THE STADIUM AREA WHERE I'M GOING TO MEET SOME GUYS.THE PROBLEM IS THAT THERE AREN'T ANY RACES LEFT ON THE MAP (I THINK I'VE DONE ALL THE HIDDEN RACES), AND I'VE GONE TO THE STADIUM BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SUPPOSE TO DO THERE.PLEASE HELP ME! THANKS

First don't type in all capital letters as it's againts the rules!
You need to raise your car visual rating....Try to get the next rate and you'll see that a special event will come up...There' no race because you've done all of it...now you must move on by buying new part's and try to make your car to Visual Rating of 10.
