Question for Mystery Case Files: 13th Skull

Hi. I can't seem to get the fountain puzzle to trigger (after the piano puzzles) could this be because I don't have all the crown insignias or something? I used a hint to skip the piano puzzle and I tried to see if I could skip this on but I guess because it's not triggering I can't?? Is there anything I missed ??? Please help!

Your at the wrong fountain .... Go to the fountain that he was where the groundskeeper was working
