One of the hidden-object scenes will give a you screwdriver. You use this to remove the four screw on the panel on the side of the piano. This will reveal a puzzle where you need to manipulate the tiles to stack them in a particular order. Click on the piano keys and look top left to see the correct stacking order. Once you get all tile columns correct the piano lid will open automatically, allowing access to numbered buttons.
