How do I zoom in on minecraft PC without a mod?!
Everyone says to zoom in without a mod on minecraft press the LEFTCONTROL but this only works on the Mac. How can I zoom in on minecraft Pc without having to switch to a mac or download the Optifine mod?

I don't think you can I did hours of research without finding anything on the topic. But there might till be a way. If I were you I would take it up with Minecraft themselves. In my opinion Notch is very nice if you know what I mean and I'm sure that they can come up with a better answer. Good Luck!

Onmost computers if you hold down 'controll' and scroll up then it will zoom in. This workes with every program on computers and all web pages

Considering that works for Google, an internet browser, im not sure its gonna work for Minecraft.

I was testing it out on my computer and all you have to press is the control (ctrl) key on the left side of your computer.

Well it doesn't work at all and I tried it 134 times clicking on it constantly. People go on here to find answers not to fin random and dumb answers. They went on to find the correct answer!! DUH?!

These aren't "random and dumb answers" these are answers that people thought would help you. If someone answers with something that does not work for you, maybe your question wasn't detailed enough. Maybe instead of saying, "IT DOESNT WORK" or "NOT HELPING D:<" or "listen were not talking about mac now stop saying stuff about zooming in on mac!" you could simply say, "Thank you for the suggestion. I will try that" and leave it at that. No need to get rude.

You can try using a command (block). Search it up, it says a certain code. This gives you the feature to zoom in. If you don't want that, then theres no other way but Ctrl and optifine
For the command block it makes you slower, but you can only walk by jumping. That wont make sense at first, but you'll get what I mean soon. Hopefully that helped ;)

yes its "/effect slowness 100000 255 true" slowness lets you zoom in but isnt very beneficial especially on a survival world stuff like that thats y they said u have to jump

An alternate way to run would be walking and pressing once 'Left Ctrl'

I heard that if you press Ctrl and + it will zoom in. Hope it helped. If it doesn't please comment down below saying it didn't. I'll come up with a better suggestion soon.

You need Optifine. Its the only way, I'm afraid... Why do you guys not want to download Optifine, anyways? You only have to download>drag and put it in the 'versions' folder in .minecraft then select the Optifine profile and wait for it to load. Easy! Then press C to zoom in

You have to download Optifine (Which is free) and there will be a contol for it in your keyboard settings.
