It gives you 64 diamonds and you get a book saying congrats the book says from notch
A chest will appear at your spawn point where these items are

When I was on Wii you I beat all the achievements. Nothing happened but I was very relieved. The only reward is pride, but then I got board as I had nothing to try do. Hope that helps!
