Had same problem on OP 1 Mission 2. Only solution that worked was to cut my frame rate down to 30fps in NVIDIA control center using adaptive Vert. Sync, half refresh rate which made the game run at 30fps. Verified it by using FRAPS.which now showed 30fps in the counter box.

Finished the level twice this way, walking into the enemy barracks at NAV Able after knocking off all other enemies. Don't shoot anything there, just walk to the NAV Point and you will get credit for capturing it.

Also, this completely solved all bouncing APCs, launching myself into the air, or having underground enemies that I couldn't reach. DG Voodoo didn't do as much as simply doing this to my NVIDIA GTX 1060.
In fact, I eliminated DGVoodoo altogether and everything worked great.

Also, the mission seems to play a little differently. At the beginning, you get attacked by tanks as well as the small enemy mech (Simbkin?).

Good luck, and I hope this helps.
