Why won't it work for me?

I have tried to use the cheat for this game and when I try to change the target location as it says to do, my computer tells me it cannot find it so it's not working for me. Is there some sort of trick to it? Also how do I beat the russian guy in the end who keeps throwing dynomite at me?
