How do I raise the walls of my tanks?

I just started playing and I'm trying to figure out how to raise the walls of my marine exhibits but I just can't figure it out. HELP PLEASE!!

I do not believe it is possible. You can do this in Zoo Tycoon 1 and 2 but not the Zoo Empire games.
