Well first off Start with good shops and seasonal decor. The best shop I have in my mall is an apperal store with men's woman's joneaors. And kids. It's good to reasearch a liitle before letting people in. It's also good to start off with one foor then after about a year ( in game time) then and a second floor. Finally if you want people to come in the mall advertise in every way it let's you. then wait and people will come. After you get alot of people just advertise with a billboard
