In the free ride extreme how do you get past the mission where you have to go save that person down on the other side of town tried to the post?

How do you kill the sea monster guy that comes to eat them?

On this level you half to shoot the rope that the girl is tied to it is veary easy from the shore

You don't half to kill the monster you just half to save the girl and the monster will go backwords into the watter go back up the stares and you will find the hot rod (I think)
